Michael Mozart of Jeepers Media reviews the “Give Em’ The Finger” prank toy.  Basically it consists of a plastic hand with a hose and pump thing - squeeze the pump and it extends the finger.  Attach to your car window when someone cuts you off or use it the next time a cop gives you a ticket.
