TechnologyGuide reviews the Toshiba Portege R500 Laptop.  The R500 is very slim - so slim that a dime might look big by comparison.  It weighs only 2.5 pounds and has a 12.1″ inch screen.  This thin screen is nice, but keep in mind it will be pretty flexible.  The Toshiba Portege R500 currently retails for about $2,149.
