StormanCast.TV reviews the Spongebob Squarepants kids digital camera and it basically fails.  You need a lot of light for the pictures to turn out and when they do turn out they are pixellated.  The software that comes with the camera is useful, but if you want to get your kid a digital camera I recommend spending a little bit of extra money and get them a real one.  I can say this with experience as I’ve played around with these $20 digital cameras and they are a complete waste of money and will probably only irritate your kid.  Get them a real digital camera and they will be happier AND will learn a thing or two about technology.
