9Malls.com reviews Dell’s customer service/phone support and demonstrates what you are likely to endure when calling them for support. He gets through to a real person in about 2 and a half minutes. I think one secret to getting through faster might be confusing the computer enough times in a row so it has to send you to a real person. I have used that technique successfully with other companies, so you might try it with Dell, too!
