9Malls.com reviews Dell’s customer service/phone support and demonstrates what you are likely to endure when calling them for support.  He gets through to a real person in about 2 and a half minutes.  I think one secret to getting through faster might be confusing the computer enough times in a row so it has to send you to a real person.  I have used that technique successfully with other companies, so you might try it with Dell, too!

Joy reviews the book How To Care For Aging Parents by Virginia Morris.  It is more of an encyclopedia of with all of the important topics that you need to know including financial, medical, emotional, etc.  It is also very well indexed so you can get information in a hurry.  If you have aging parents or are in the elder care business, this is a book you will want to get your hands on.

RyzenXIA reviews the West Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.  This is the Westin Chicago North Shore to be exact.  He gives you a full tour of everything in the room including the closet, bathroom and sleeping area.  Overall this was a very nice room and he said he would be back next year!

Holly from BabyGizmo.com reviews the Svan High Chair.  The Svan High Chair is made completely out of Birch wood and is available in 5 stained finishes and comes with a tray.  The chair also converts into an ergonomic chair for your toddler which is easy to get in and out of.  I’m not an expert on baby high chairs, but this one does look like a winner!
