“Melting Mama” reviews the ISS Oh Yeah! Protein Wafer.  It does have 90 calories, 6 grams of fat and 7.5 grams of protein per stick, but this is still about half as much as a traditional junk food candy bar.

Cole from CineFLICK reviews the movie Ghost Rider.  On the plus side, the movie has great visual effects and good music, but the rest of the movie suffers…watch this review to see why you shouldn’t fork over the money to see it.

TravelTour360 reviews the Port Lucaya Resort & Yacht Club in the Bahamas.  They show you the entrance and lobby, show the layout of the resort, the pool and other features of the resort.  The resort is in walking distance to the Port Lucaya marketplace which is full of shops and restaurants.  The casino is across the street as well.  Overall, this looks like a great place to stay.

Kat from Shiny Media gives us a brief review of Microsoft Windows Vista after attending the official launch with none other than Bill Gates.  I have to laugh that tabbed browsing was even mentioned in this review as this has been available to FireFox users for eons.  In this review it appears that most of the improvements with Windows Vista are cosmetic.
